To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係一個滿街死寂嘅下晝，今次嚟到柯士甸路覓食，見到相隔幾個舖位有兩間新開嘅兩餸飯，一間叫戶戶餸一間叫密密餸🤣，應該係同一個老闆開。睇嚟喺咁經濟低迷嘅情況下，可能只有呢啲舖頭先做得住😥。孖寶越南湯河店面好細，好彩幫襯嘅時候仲有其他食客，仲有一啲外賣單🙏。今次反璞歸真，叫咗越式生牛肉湯河粉。呢碗粉最大嘅驚喜肯定係個湯底，鮮甜到不得了😍，估計用牛骨淆咗好耐，我又係飲到一滴不剩，之後仲成日冇扯水，證明冇乜落味精，勁👍。至於牛肉同河粉都係水準之上，前者夠肉味，後者滑溜之餘又唔會碎濕濕。叫多杯蜂蜜生薑茶，雖然細細杯，但都落咗唔少薑絲，夠足料。
