芫荽皮蛋魚片米線的湯底鮮味一般，建議加入高湯/豬骨湯為湯的基底，另魚片沒有味鮮，質感偏軟，夾起來很快便散開，豬肉片肉質亦較硬，整體米線的味道有進步空間，下次再試試其他的米線款式。
