打邊爐湯底一定最重要‼️個湯底好先食到食材嘅鮮味🙈呢間餐廳個湯底絕對無得彈夠哂正！鴛鴦湯底係我至愛，鍾意辣嘅時候就煮一邊，清清地嘅時間就另一邊！首先麻辣鍋勁多香料好惹味🤤夠哂麻香！而另一邊花膠雞鍋除咗有雞肉冬菇外，啲花膠都有好幾塊，唔會偷工減料，仲有個湯好好味😋配料叫左竹笙同伊比利亞黑豬肉 👍🏻 竹笙嘅大細剛剛好，一啖入口，食埋湯汁，好正😳而個伊比利亞黑豬肉超級好味，唔會有豬腥味，仲有烚完啲肉唔會鞋，仲好嫩滑🙈而家睇返張相都想流口水🤤總括嚟講，呢間餐廳要再黎！
