好似好耐冇食過酸菜魚咁,所以一月一聚會嘅餐廳就揀咗近朋友屋企附近嘅十二味。佢話好想食口水雞,於是揀咗個口水雞嚟試吓。佢啲雞都幾滑,又唔會太肥,個辣度都啱啱好,小小麻,幾開胃。另外我哋仲揀咗個涼拌木耳,酸酸微微咁,木耳又夠晒爽脆,都係一個幾好嘅開胃小食。今晚嘅主角當然都係酸菜魚,一如既往嘅足料,有晒我哋最鍾意嘅萵筍同埋有大量嘅酸菜,啲魚夠晒滑就唔使講啦。佢呢間個湯頭都好好飲,酸度好夠,有少少辣辣地,攞嚟撈飯真係冇得頂。而家咁方便我哋都叫咗熱情果梳打,不過原來叫少冰個份量會少咗咁多。兩個人食飽飽,呢個份量啱啱好。
