To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

濃味雞湯底。墨魚丸好。魚蛋在大埔區只一般。有次下午五點入去食碗麵。見到員工在拆手撕雞,-枱都係雞骨雞皮。怪不得湯底那麼重雞味。五粒有咬口嘅墨丸,有墨魚鬚的口勁,大大粒少粉。麵身也彈牙,沒有鹼水。最好係個雞湯底。直接係好似飲砂鍋雲吞湯的味道。絕對對得起38元的價錢。個人對味精敏感。所以飲下去知道冇味精。也不用配水或者什麼凍檸茶,基本上一飲而盡,滴湯不留。但人手偏少,亦有些不能下單。所以有招呼不周的問題。但性價比高。
