久仰『魂』的大名🌟,這夜特意跟老公🍋來一嚐!地埋位置蠻有優勢👍🏼,距離太子地鐵站🚉大約5分鐘的路程,就可以到這家小店😌。店內位置不算太多🙂,還好不用排隊❤️~魂🍜:拉麵上菜後傳來陣陣豚骨的香氣😍,配上了油脂平均的叉燒🐷、溏心蛋🍳和一大片紫菜。湯底膠質頗重,很黏稠🤤,味道清爽甘甜😍、濃而不膩👍🏻。拉麵🍜爽滑彈牙,叉燒🐷厚度適中,口感嫩滑有嚼頭😋,溏心蛋🥚也還不錯。青龍🐲:以豚骨🐽熬成的湯底,加入了清新的菠菜汁🥦,令湯的味道更均衡🤤。配上栗米粒🌽、扁豆及蟹柳🦀,與翠綠的湯頭形成強烈的對比🤩,顏色非常吸引💖!總結:為了尊重師傅👨🏻🍳的心思,喝光拉麵湯是常識吧😋。重點是喝光後不會口乾舌燥👍🏻,也不會太口渴🤤,加上熱度非常足夠,回頭率蠻高😍!
