To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

湯底相當令人失望

今天來這間試一試，點了麻辣薯粉(小辣)配雞柳，蘿白。蘿白幾好，清甜冇筋。雞肉一般，不過不失。最重要的湯底，基本上就是清湯加辣椒油...並沒有麻的感覺，只有嗆喉的死辣。薯粉該有煙靭的口感，可惜都欠奉。還有一杯感覺很敷衍的奶茶，先不說茶膽煮得好不好，奶茶是這麼深色的嗎？可能最近黑白奶加價，奶同茶的比例都不對，澀上加澀呀
