平時我都喜歡食越南湯粉,而且會飲埋牛骨湯La viet小黃牛越南Pho牛肉選用吊龍、雪花及匙柄匙柄偏瘦唔會太多脂肪增肌既好選擇雪花半肥瘦入口即溶吊龍非常限定同罕有湯底使用南薑、香茅、桂皮、人參薑、羅望子、草果等香料再用20斤牛骨中火熬製6小時仲加入骨髓、牛筋、坑腩,增添牛湯香味每啖湯飲落香濃上菜仲會跟埋芽菜、青檸汁、九層塔等有菜有肉非常均衡特飲椰青水椰果冰想飲甜野但怕肥既人有福了椰青水加椰果低卡唔怕肥
