一個人的晚餐,去左朋友極力推介嘅海防食點名要試嘅香茅豬肉,我揀左無咁頂肚嘅湯檬底,再加多個牛油雞翼。其實一般食越南湯粉我會揀生牛河,因為鍾意啖牛肉湯超濃郁。最初見侍應攞住碗粉時見顏色清淡諗住中伏,點知一放低就聞到好香,即刻試飲,真係好鮮甜。至於個香茅豬肉亦相當唔錯,味道同肉質都好食,唔會嚡口。不過相對地牛油雞翼就輸左喇,醃味唔夠,不過勝在唔係翻炸,皮脆肉嫩,都有75分嘅。咁樣食都唔使100蚊,有咁嘅水準真係相當唔錯,值得再去。
