To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日經過新商場發現左呢一間新餐廳,專食diy自製湯飯,首先揀2款餸加一款蔬菜,湯底可以揀魚湯/番茄湯或者清湯,仲可以揀要飯既款式添,特色地方有埋三色飯燕麥飯同藜麥飯揀,健康又好味!雞肉+豆腐+腐皮魚捲+西蘭花魚湯三色飯餸方面揀左雞肉,豆腐,西蘭花,魚湯三色飯,另外加多左款腐皮魚捲,豐富到呢!第一啖就梗係試魚湯湯底啦!魚湯味道略嫌鹹左小小,但係個人比較鍾意食濃味嘢,所以其實我覺得幾好味!西蘭花浸得有小小內,所以好快就散,但就吸曬魚湯味!另外雞肉同豆腐都ok啦,正常!腐皮魚捲就有d失望,主要外層無炸過,所以與期望有小小出入,算係健康既,但建議如果有做多一個步驟,炸過會好味好多!不過抵讚之處係,呢個diy湯飯款式選擇多多,價錢黎講都好抵,十分推薦黎試下!
