To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日約咗朋友去食灣仔龍點心,呢間我都來吃過幾次,勁喜歡食豌豆桃子,一個人吃三個也可以🤫下午茶時段,不算太多人,坐得幾舒服,平時呢有時去酒樓飲茶,3:15已經last order,試過4:00關燈😂呢間又無落場,又不會趕快要你走龍點點孖寶優惠:豌豆桃子,我覺得呢個必食,幾乎每次嚟都叫呢個,外形就好似壽桃包一樣,入面係啲豆蓉,不會太甜懷舊燒賣:保留左傳統的風味,皮薄餡靚蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃:呢個打卡一流,蝦餃皮用咗菠菜去整,顏色好碧綠,蝦肉好彈牙,上面仲有好多三文魚籽舖面,幾創新脆脆富貴紅米腸粉:呢個我覺得幾有口感,腸粉包住脆脆炸物,原來有甜豉油,甜酸醬,花生醬可以點鰻魚荷葉飯:用荷葉已經好香,除咗鰻魚,裡面仲有雞肉,瘦肉,蝦米,菇…. 真係好足料,而且鰻魚冇乜碎骨👍🏻仲有少少金箔舖在面桂花糕:形狀係花嘅設計,聞起來有桂花清香味
