To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前喺灣仔返工老闆帶過去隱藏灣仔街市的正宗泰菜小店, 十分回味, 不過依家已經冇晒. 果日去行吓新利東街, 行完順便食午飯, 不過利東街食店實在太多人, 行過兩條街見到呢間泰菜小店, 望落正宗, 又入去食吓.廚房由一位泰藉女士主理, 睇見好有信心好食.其他食客望落似街坊, 多數食碟炒野加杯飲品.叫咗海南雞飯連湯, 海南雞去骨嫩滑有雞味, 雞飯有用少少雞油煮, 有香味但唔會好油, 加啲泰式雞醬一齊仲好食.有再經過可以再試其他泰菜.
