To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

君悅酒店staycation因為27號係假期見到意大利餐廳grissini個brunch貴過平日好多又唔吸引所以第一日就揀左食中菜港灣壹號而中菜假期日子就會分兩段時間1130-1300同1330-1500因為聖誕節lounge既下午茶係只開放1300-1430而且係先到先得形式所以我就揀左最早段既時間去食lunch十一點幾係大堂checkin完當然係未有房搞完就即刻轉場去八樓中菜廳港灣臺號係佔左七同八兩層樓不過入口就係八樓入口對住個大花瓶經過長走廊先到真正入口VIP房八樓座位唔多基本上都係坐七樓落樓梯都好多野睇港灣臺號只係屬於米芝蓮餐盤推介既餐廳多年來都無一粒星星但係行內個名都幾響成日都見有人話佢係被米芝蓮遺忘既餐廳其實今日用餐都體驗得到佢地服務並唔會差過最頂級果堆酒店中菜廳而且絕對係香宮夏宮明閣呢堆一星之上餐廳由李樹添師傅開山後來交比陳漢章師傅主理師傅前年曾經短暫過檔去左灣仔明閣後來再番黎港灣壹號打理而家好似成日都有搞chef's tablefollow開各大中菜名廚社交平台成日都見到章師傅邀請其他名廚試菜餐廳以中菜黎講係特別開揚因為有兩層所以樓底特別高位置特別仲有天窗有自然光透入唔

因為27號係假期

其實今日用餐都體驗得到
佢地服務並唔會差過最頂級果堆酒店中菜廳
而且絕對係香宮夏宮明閣呢堆一星之上
餐廳由李樹添師傅開山
後來交比陳漢章師傅主理
師傅前年曾經短暫過檔去左灣仔明閣
後來再番黎港灣壹號打理
而家好似成日都有搞chef's table
follow開各大中菜名廚社交平台
成日都見到章師傅邀請其他名廚試菜


餐廳以中菜黎講係特別開揚
因為有兩層所以樓底特別高

價錢黎講都已經係嘉麟樓天龍軒果種級數
淨係茶錢都要四十蚊
服務黎講我覺得比嘉麟樓仲好
全程唔需要手動斟茶
係唯一有位侍應比較粗魯斟茶會彈左水花出檯面
不過整體都好滿意
係呢度就真係有得賓至如歸既感覺
而且仲有落地玻璃大海景
坐係度都精神d
我自己就好鍾意呢一間餐廳
食物唔係話好驚靘
但係穩打穩扎
就真係明白點解咁多人為佢無果粒星星而唔抵
