記得朋友之前推介過呢一間啲生蠔好食,而且有Weekend Brunch所以就決定過嚟試下。.個Bruch set入面有appetizers、main and dessert platter。首先appetizers係for sharing嘅,一共有五款。.-Jet Fresh Oyster新鮮空運生蠔(每位2隻)生蠔口感creamy,飽滿滑溜,海水味唔算太濃 ,但係蠔味食完之後嗰個回甘都幾重。.-Parmesan cheese croquette with prawn炸釀蝦芝士中央的蝦肉爽彈,咬落去芝士味出,炸得乾爽唔油膩,加上柴魚,整體不錯。.Foie gras pâté, caramelize figs,French toast鵝肝醬,焦糖無花果伴法式多士一向都鍾意鵝肝味,呢度嘅鵝肝醬味道濃郁,加埋微甜嘅焦糖無花果,成件事好夾,焦糖無花果嘅酸酸甜甜令到成個鵝肝味變得更加豐富。.Black truffle tartelette野菌黑松露派成個菇味幾香幾出眾,旁邊薄薄嘅一層牛油皮唔會太厚,加埋辣醬,幾有層次.Herbs cured Norway salmoon fillet, beet

慢煮豬腩肉配焦糖蘋果藜麥及酸子汁
豬腩肉不會過肥,外皮脆卜卜,有啲似乳豬嘅皮。焦糖蘋果藜麥就飽肚健康,加上解膩酸子汁,整體味道調配balance得挺好。

精選甜品拼盤
甜品擺得非常精緻,香蕉焦糖蛋糕香甜濃郁、提拉米蘇質感滑溜,焦糖啤梨就好多汁,不錯。
