今日跟朋友到呢間人氣意大利餐廳食午餐,大型落地玻璃設計,氣氛好,食物質素高,服務殷勤,很享受😍呢度聞名食生蠔,生蠔好食就一定㗎啦,其實其他食物質素也相當不錯,值得推薦❤️

每人兩隻新鮮空運美國生蠔,肉質飽滿,入口爽甜,帶有淡淡的海洋鮮蠔味,朋友讚說係佢食過最好味嘅生蠔🦪,不需任何醬料,加兩滴新鮮的檸檬汁就很鮮美,皆因食材新鮮便足夠😍

雖然係慢煮的方式,牛肉能保持大約七成熟,不會韌,即外焦內嫩,牛味濃郁,份量也足夠我哋兩個人分享,好味😋

~燒羊柳配千層薯伴薄荷乳酪
廚師慢煮的時間恰到好處,羊柳質感軟腍,肉汁豐富,而且無羶味,份量剛剛好,飽但唔滯,食完超滿足😁

甜品拼盤
朋友最欣賞焦糖燉蛋,焦糖夠香口,燉蛋又滑嫩;我就最鍾意超順滑的香蕉蛋糕同朱古力馬卡龍,不會太甜,兩個人share三件甜品,都唔算好過分啦🤣
