去開灣仔做野，無意中搵到一間好靚嘅日本拉麵店。我幾鐘意個環境，以灰白色外牆為主，木色桌椅，感覺好簡潔好寧靜😌鹽拉麵（正常份量）❣️賣相精緻，慢煮豬同慢煮雞都好大塊，聞到個湯有雞香味，飲落有d貝柱嘅味道添。鹽湯好難煲得好味，呢個湯底，有淡淡嘅咸味，唔會太濃，一試就知司傅好勁。唐揚炸雞(小)❣️外表酥脆金黃，裡面肉質鮮嫩多汁，配埋沙律醬，好好味。醬油撈麵 (特別加料份量）❣️賣相吸引，碎肉同叉燒份量好多，仲有溫泉蛋，連紫菜都多左幾塊，醬油撈麵麵質粗d,好煙韌，好有彈性，仲會配埋個魚湯。
