Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⭐️免治雞肉釀青椒:一落枱果下,就覺得好有煎釀三寶嘅感覺,好少喺日式串燒見到,仲跟埋隻鵪𪂹蛋,可能跟埋一齊食,幾特別嘅配搭
⭐️牛肉車厘茄串:牛肉燒完唔老,車厘茄又多汁,好食
⭐️雞亦:係單骨雞亦黎嫁,食落好方便
翠玉瓜:雖然佢本身普通d,但係同淋左喺面嘅汁同木魚花一齊食,又係另一種感覺

li個好有驚喜,因為本身好鐘意食飯焦,可能因為相機食先嘅關係,估唔到冇蓋焗住,都可以有一層好完整嘅飯焦🤤,飯嘅調味啱啱好,又可以一次食到兩個唔同口感嘅飯粒,超正
