To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次路過中環都會刻意行去蛇王芬買佢地最出位嘅膶腸,但從未試過堂食。我爸跟我一樣對鴛鴦腸情有獨鍾,因為父母長期不在港,冇人陪我一齊去食d老餅菜。今個月終於等到老爸老媽返來,於是今晚一家好有興緻來依家老舖食番餐😊多窩心❣️我地首叫左個歺,兩盅湯兩餸加個煲仔飯。講到兩個餸就梗係離不開有鴛鴦腸😅信心嘅保證。 之後再加個蓮藕鹹魚煎肉餅仔,香到口水都流晒出嚟😋我哋一家實在太鍾情於臘腸和膶腸啦,所以連煲仔飯都要叫臘味糯米飯隨後另加左個豉油王蝦同乾炒牛河。個蝦實在好肥美,肉又爽,蝦頭仲又膏又肉👍🏻乾炒牛河又真係好夠火喉,牛肉又嫩!食完呢餐真係溫暖在心頭,好有家嘅味道😍
