To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在這間冰室內我對午市精選的套餐不感興趣便叫了另一套餐牌的豬扒湯飯至少湯飯的保溫能力比套餐強這一鍋豬扒湯飯結構十分簡單就是1塊豬扒，2件西蘭花和湯飯湯的味道與茶餐廳例湯差不多有肉和瓜味豬扒挺大塊和鬆軟可惜不夠厚肉味道對部份人而言屬於偏淡西蘭花很硬幾乎沒有味道可言可能浸湯吃會更好可幸的是飯浸在湯中因為變得容易入口份量頗多的飯被浸軟所以吃完不算太飽同時有暖胃的感覺湯飯沒有附送飲品所以結帳時我只付38元吃完9成飽尚算抵食

所以吃完不算太飽
同時有暖胃的感覺


湯飯沒有附送飲品
所以結帳時我只付38元
吃完9成飽
尚算抵食
