To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千里迢迢入到大埔同我朋友食飯，我都算唔話得……佢亦都好樂意盡地主之誼請我食飯，我哋去咗一間小西餐廳去到都有人排緊隊，等左一陣先入得去，雖然入到去冇其他小朋友，但係我覺得呢度啲嘢食都幾啱一家大細去，小食方面特別多選擇，小朋友一定好鍾意。店內面積唔算好大，但係呢啲裝飾擺設都幾溫馨蒜香白酒蜆肉意粉蒜味適中，淡淡的酒味，蜆肉嘅數量可以從圖片得知真係重量級！白酒炒藍青口墨西哥芝士夾餅半溶芝士夾在其中，塊皮又熱熱的，正！脆皮德國鹹豬手見到現場來來往往，好多人都叫呢個，試食了，真的唔錯喎！唔怪得咁受歡迎啦！
