To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同男朋友經過深水埗行街見到這間溫馨小店。發覺有好多唔同嘅餐牌可以任君選擇。始終我哋最愛嘅都係車仔麵原因好簡單。裏邊有好多唔同嘅料例如豬紅，蘿蔔，豬腸，冬菇豬手牛腩，配上我哋鍾意食嘅咖喱魚蛋以及菜心同埋豬肚。簡直就係冇得彈絕對飽肚。我自己女仔當然鍾意食佢哋招牌餃子。尤其是即時煎出嚟。可以做到色香味俱全。其次女仔最愛當然係生菜魚肉同埋煎釀三寶。都係好富有香港特色。而且有懷舊色彩。餐廳無論地理位置服務都非常周到真係唔錯。😊
