To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間係觀塘工廈嘅cafe好溫馨，係家庭式經營，老闆一家好nice🥰🥰weekend囡囡仲會嚟幫下手，估唔到約10歲嘅小妹妹年紀輕輕已經好幫得手👍🏻仲有隻🐱店長阿里駐場，身形極之巨型又肥嘟嘟，仲特別鍾意爬上餐枱玩飲管，場面好搞笑🤣🤣呢度嘅餐牌有生酮友好嘅低糖低碳菜式，同埋平民版菜式，仲有生酮卷蛋，食物質素都唔錯，開開心心又過一個下午😛😛香茅冬蔭功豬扒炒椰菜花飯熱辣辣上菜，椰菜花飯炒得乾身爽口，落咗黃薑粉炒，真係有啲似食緊炒飯。豬扒唔算厚身不過肉質鬆化唔韌，香茅味好出，幾惹味😋香煎鮮蝦配青醬翠玉瓜麵🍤有好多隻，而且好新鮮口感好彈牙。翠玉瓜麵幼身爽口，本身以為會好似食緊菜咁，不過因為落咗青醬，食落都有啲食緊意粉嘅感覺，不過再爽口啲，感覺無咁膩，夏天食好啱。伯爵茶生酮卷、抹茶生酮卷呢日嚟到生酮卷蛋已經賣晒🙈普通卷蛋都係得返少少，不過老闆娘好好人地請咗我哋食一小件切剩嘅生酮卷蛋，兩隻茶味都好香，唔會太甜😋😋蛋糕質感比起平時邪惡嘅卷蛋乾身啲，但因為中間有唔少打得輕盈唔太膩嘅茶味忌廉，整體都唔錯👍🏻人均消費：$100推介指數（10分為滿分）：8.5分Simp.lane觀塘駿業里6號富利工業大廈11樓
