琴日凍凍地好岩去食個粥暖下胃,呢間粥店做咗好多年, 係個轉角位,永遠都唔顯眼, 真係好容易畀人忽略咗, 今日入去一試發現我甘多年都唔識寶,忽略咗佢😂😂我哋叫咗鹹雞粥+豬雜炒河粉+齋腸👉 都係平民價錢88蚊两個人,係住對飽, 喺今時今日嘅香港真係好抵食👍👍👍首先同大家分享左個鹹雞粥先睇得出個粥底係用咗好多時間黎熬煮,唔係一粒米分一粒米,而係軟綿綿嘅,我粥鹹鹹地,而且雞件嘅數量亦有十幾塊,份量十分之多,由於佢葉咸左我就返唔出佢究竟係用新鮮雞還是冰鮮雞啦,不過我估應該係用冰鮮雞可以降低成本。最有特色嘅係佢堅持用砂鍋上,一嚟可以保持到粥嘅溫度,二來可以比多啲份量,一舉兩得另外個腸粉應該可以講係香港最好食嘅,佢晶凝通透又彈牙,唔會林pat pat,夾都夾唔到,或者太硬,軟硬適中至於個豬什炒河粉我覺得係兩個裏面做得比較遜色嘅,河粉好明顯冇大腸咁滑咁彈牙,應該係入貨返嚟嘅,粉明顯比較厚身同埋冇腸粉咁彈牙,而且豬什比較大件,炒得比較老,而且唔夠顏色同香味不過如果凍凍地又諗唔到食咩嘅話,可以入去一試
