To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從讀完大學好久無去九龍塘了,今次和爸爸找了間小菜吃吃~自選二人小菜餐$168包兩小菜、白飯、老火湯衫和飲品~欖菜肉鬆四季豆用欖菜肉碎炒,特別香口,四季豆不太乾不太濕剛好~韭黃叉燒炒滑蛋老爸最愛韭黃、滑蛋很滑溜,味道調較得很好~金牌乾炒牛河去冰室當然要吃乾炒牛河,芽菜、洋蔥、牛肉的組合就是美味啦清炒時蔬白菜仔白菜仔嫩而不老,份量多一點會更好。黑牛(朱古力雪糕+可樂)跟餐半價加$15就有杯黑牛,朱古力雪糕加可樂,絕配!份量太多吃不完我們還打包回家呢~
