今日lunch幫襯咗一間好出色的燒味餐廳,好想同大家分享一下乳豬叉燒雙拼飯首先要讚呢碟飯,淋飯的滷水汁另上,令燒味和白飯不至吸收太多汁而變腍。有圖有真相,乳豬皮燒得極度鬆脆,入口即溶。乳豬肥瘦得宜,皮與肉之間帶薄薄的肥膏,經過烘爐猛火燒烤之後,烤得甘香無比,伴飯一流!肉醃得十分合適,那股鹹香的調較另乳豬的瘦肉部份生色不少,基本上不用點乳豬醬已經好啱食了。叉燒亦不讓乳豬專美。一件肥瘦分明的叉燒決定另一眾男士們垂延三尺!瘦肉嫩滑而不會乾爭爭,我最怕外面食到的乾到龜裂的叉燒,痴牙又有渣,好討厭。呢度的叉燒又嫩又多汁,食到令人上癮!叉燒與乳豬,一甜一鹹、一嫩一鬆脆的兩種肉食,令我一試難忘!呢間燒味餐廳的水平咁高,但價錢絕對係大眾化的表表者。
