今日和朋友在尖沙咀到天文台睇展覽,睇完之後試左一間未食過既餐廳。環境玩味十足,四周都係各種好笑的標語,任何一個位置都可以打卡。美利堅合眾國草飼牛扒($178)首先菜式視覺效果已經有加分,配菜配搭上都幾豐富,有柴魚片配芝麻醬拌烏冬、兩大片蝦餅和雜果沙律,包括香芒、火龍果、藍梅等,附上芥末醬供牛扒配搭食用,牛扒一塊塊整齊切好,肉質粉嫩,牛肉味相當濃郁。點解個個都叫軟殼蟹比薩架(仲要有菠蘿)($145)軟殼蟹pizza似用薄酥皮餅底,食落都幾香脆,表面鋪滿雙重芝士、蟹柳和菠蘿,中間放著主角 - 原隻軟殼蟹,餅底調味主要甜味為主,配上軟殼蟹的咸香味,整體感覺新鮮。唔好抱咁大期望蒲燒鰻魚蛋包飯($135)可加$28選擇原條鰻魚,一整塊滑蛋包住米飯,蒲燒鰻魚配上燒汁,味道正正常常,份量都唔少。綠光蓋頂的八爪魚先生($72)八爪魚切片配上青醬,以冷盤方式上碟,配上火箭菜和海葡萄,做法創新。八爪魚食落有鮮味,海葡萄平時比較少見,有淡淡的海水咸味,能將八爪魚鮮味帶出。
