To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 孩子在紅磡有活動,晚上一家人在附近吃飯,決定到酒樓吃。這兒裝修十分美麗,不愧是飲宴專用的場地。而且空間闊落乾淨,大家坐得很舒服。🥢鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉每粒咕嚕肉都有糖漿包裹著,夾起來有拉絲的效果。咕嚕肉吃起來又甜又脆,大小適中,份量多,外脆內軟,而且沒有骨,大人小孩都很喜歡吃。我兒子用他那排細細的牙齒也吃了不少!而菠蘿則十分新鮮,還配上車喱茄,色彩繽紛。🥢得獎客家燜豬肉這道經典客家菜上枱時香氣四溢,仍然是滾熱辣的。熱力加上長時間燜煮,令大塊豬腩肉入口即溶。份量多得連大胃口的男士也覺得多。配上咸酸菜,令人十分開胃。🥢蝦籽乾燒伊麵有長壽麵之稱的伊麵又鬆又軟,同時具有彈性,配上草菇,鮮味提升!每條麵都盡吸濃汁,十分惹味!我兒子一共吃了兩碗呢!真是大人小朋友都喜歡!

每粒咕嚕肉都有糖漿包裹著,夾起來有拉絲的效果。咕嚕肉吃起來又甜又脆,大小適中,份量多,外脆內軟,而且沒有骨,大人小孩都很喜歡吃。我兒子用他那排細細的牙齒也吃了不少!而菠蘿則十分新鮮,還配上車喱茄,色彩繽紛。
