To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過小炒今日晚餐就食一下小炒店👍是日例湯粉葛老火靚湯，冇落味噌飲完唔會覺得口乾👍👍加$19有一碟清菜，岩曬要食得健康既我🤣🤣招牌椒蒜香豬扒椒蒜真係非常惹味😋😋每一片豬扒都充滿左乾蒜既香味，份量比想像既多啖啖肉沒有骨的😋小菜套餐跟一碗飯一個湯和一個熱飲。招牌蜜椒薯仔炒牛肉第一啖食薯仔有驚喜薯仔外面有一層類似蜜糖包住再加埋用黑椒碎黎炒甜甜地辣辣地十分開胃，炒牛肉炒得啱啱好唔會過老，送飯一流眨吓眼食晒成碗飯🤭🤭

椒蒜真係非常惹味😋😋每一片豬扒都充滿左乾蒜既香味，份量比想像既多啖啖肉沒有骨的😋小菜套餐跟一碗飯一個湯和一個熱飲。
