新的一年又開始,今晚約埋同學團拜。大家都喜歡到這間環境舒適的中菜館聚會。我們先點一鍋每次必飲的杏汁燉豬肺湯,其他食肆較少有供應,乳白色杏汁濃湯加上爽滑豬肺,非常清潤。再來一碟招牌菠蘿咕嚕肉,即叫即炸,香脆可口,甜酸適中,大家食不停口。仲有翡翠蝦球炒帶子,好夠鑊氣,香嘖噴盛上。珊瑚桂花炒素翅,賣相精美。琵琶豆腐及香芋滑雞煲同樣出色。最後仲有生磨合桃露,蛋白杏仁茶及老火綠豆沙,真材實料,是飯後極品。大家開開心心享受了一頓美食,期待下次聚會再嚐其他菜式。
