To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺落住滂沱大雨嘅工作天,我同朋友選擇到就近嘅華星冰室。下雨天唔使等位。華星好窩心咁準備咗遮袋,令到大家唔使濕住咁食飯。我會形容華星嘅設計係「現代嘅懷舊冰室」。雖然佢冇陳舊嘅擺設,但係佢嘅設計都有一種令人回到過去嘅感覺。華星冰室都有各種常見嘅冰室美食,不過我都係叫左最常食嘅常餐。常餐 ($42)價錢喺灣仔區嚟講一啲都唔貴,所以平日都吸引好多打工仔嚟排隊等食。常餐可以揀叉燒意粉/通心粉、煎蛋/炒蛋,跟牛油多士,包熱飲。叉燒係半肥瘦,通粉嘅軟硬度適中,湯底幾濃,唔多味精。炒蛋相當有驚喜,炒到滑嘟嘟,仲有好多蛋汁添!!牛油多士係兩面烘底,唔算烘得好脆,但夠鬆軟,ok啦。熱華田沖得唔算濃,適合我呢啲唔鍾意太甜嘅人。華星係唔錯嘅午餐選擇平靚正兼快
