To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同老公為著流沙西多士而來，試左奶皇流沙西多士，大愛，再試多幾款點心，食到full full地，其實都想試埋個香芋流沙西多士，但真係食唔落，只好留返下次。今次叫埋朋友一齊食，可以試多d野，可以食到兩款流沙西多士，非常香脆，切開見到澎湃嘅流沙奶皇、芋蓉湧出黎，真係熱血沸騰！每一口都係滿滿嘅邪惡兼滿足！比起奶皇的鹹香，我更愛香芋嘅香甜，食極都唔覺膩😝蝦多士係另一個重點推介，厚厚嘅蝦膠沾滿白芝麻，炸完香脆到不行！平時食蝦多士點會有咁厚蝦膠。XO醬炒銀針粉，香辣不油膩，美中不足係只得芽菜、芹菜，如果有多少少配料就好了。鴛鴦燒賣，分左黑松露同蟹籽，我愛黑松露味，蝦肉大顆，好足料！

蝦多士係另一個重點推介，厚厚嘅蝦膠沾滿白芝麻，炸完香脆到不行！平時食蝦多士點會有咁厚蝦膠。
