今日突然間想食日本野,所以就約咗好耐無見嘅朋友去開飯。😋牛油果軟殼蟹卷 ($92/8件) : 非常足料嘅卷物,醬汁同蟹籽鋪滿整個卷物,而且卷物嘅外面用咗昆布包住,賣相幾有特色。牛肉壽喜鍋 ($98) : 材料相當豐富,有肥牛、雞蛋、生菜、金菇菜、豆腐、南瓜、冬菇、粉絲等等,湯底味道清甜最適合配白飯。醬燒豬頸肉($54) : 豬頸肉外層焦香而且散發出陣陣醬油味,內裏肉嫩多汁。蒜香火炙三文魚丼 ($82) : 三文魚經過火炙後油香滿溢,入口豐腴肥美,同時帶來「外熟內生」嘅口感,魚油滲入丼飯之中真係難以抗拒。
