To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日出荃灣食晚飯, 見周圍都排曬長龍, 屋企人有大有細, 就上open rice睇下有咩好野食行遠d都唔緊要, 最重要係有位!之後就搵到呢間意壽司, 係門口睇到佢地餐牌, 除左魚生都仲有好多熟食(炒飯、炒烏冬、石頭飯) o岩曬唔食生野的小朋友同老人家! 一行7人, 就決定入坐開餐!見咁多人就叫左個三文魚頭鍋, 湯底好好味, 越食越濃!蟹王炒飯 (有蟹肉、蟹羔、蟹籽)食日本野點可以唔點壽司, 我就叫左佢地推介的意壽司系列!最欣賞就係呢個芥末吉列蠔, 剛剛炸好的蠔卜卜脆配芥末沙拉汁真係一絕!!仲有第一次食到咁大隻同新鮮的活赤貝, 聽店主話佢地係即日入貨不會留過夜, 所以咁鮮甜!!7個人有老有嫩埋單都係5百幾, 好抵食!個個都食到捧住個肚出門口~~~
