Red Lobster 對於我並唔陌生,以前去美國出差時去過好幾次,留下良好印象。香港呢一間想試咗好耐,本來想訂八月份嘅,不過佢嘅八月Special 超低食,令到餐廳晚晚爆燈。加上我哋只能夠喺星期日聚餐,所以一推再推,最後就只能九月再聚。印象中美國嘅Red Lobster係一間家庭餐廳,但係銅鑼灣呢間就俾人比較高級的感覺。我哋被安排坐2樓靠窗的位置,昏暗的燈光令人感到romantic,所以喺個情侶拍拖食飯嘅好地方。九月份嘅special 喺每份指定龍蝦order, 加一蚊就可以有一塊西冷牛扒。咁啱我哋又想食扒,於是四個人就要咗四份唔同嘅special,仲外加一個餐前小食。點完餐,第一樣上枱嘅喺餐廳出名嘅cheddar bay biscuits。呢個喺餐廳送嘅,熱辣辣又咸咸地,真係好味,第度食唔到。上個月嗰Special就包括unlimited serving of the biscuits, 所以鍾意食佢嘅人一定會嚟食返夠本。跟住上嘅喺四份西冷牛扒,正常size,約六至七安士,配西蘭花和醬汁。我哋order medium,但出到嚟似medium well 多啲,但係肉質都算唔錯。嗰前菜

嗰前菜喺上咗扒之後到,次序唔係好啱。個人我亦都覺得個薄餅唔好味,又乾又硬,唔會recommend 呢個dish。

要嘅四隻龍蝦都喺約一磅重,除咗傳統嘅西方泡製方式,最特別嘅喺避風塘炒法。雖然喺香港唔算特別,但係我肯定呢個係美國食唔到嘅菜式,都算係入鄉隨族,啲蒜炒得香仲超多,唔算太辣,我朋友食得好滿意。

其他三款分別要咗磨菇忌廉、意式同埋芝士龍蝦,後兩者仲配埋意粉,十分飽肚。因為龍蝦新鮮,夠份量,肉質彈牙又豐滿,雖然價錢唔平,但係冇欺場 ,所以總的嚟講我哋都好滿意呢一餐,以後嘅慶祝活動地點又多咗一個選擇喇👍!
