「華姐」其門生弟子的開枝散葉。今次唔食清湯腩,食「清湯牛筋」加「腩汁蘿蔔」HK$80。牛筋炆得爽滑像花膠,近年我也越來越喜歡吃牛筋,可能年紀大,要補吓啲膠質同腳骨力啩,哈!😂用牛骨加紅棗、沙深等10多種藥材熬出來的清湯,顏色清澈,牛的鮮味是超甜,絕對是整碗粉的靈魂,我覺得它湯頭比「華姐」的更清,牛骨味更濃。🐮第一次食「腩汁蘿蔔」,炆得很腍很透澈,都清甜,美中不足其中有幾舊有渣,用料有進步空間,才不會浪費那靚牛骨湯底啊。🍜 #下次來食另一名物擔擔麵先 (◍•ᴗ•◍)♡♬
