下午茶時間了,今日想食乜,忽然好想食葡國菜,念念不忘焗鴨飯,於是就去了AZORES亞蘇爾澳門菜。「澳葡鴨肝芝士牛肝菌焗鴨飯」是葡萄牙的傳統菜,香氣滿滿,賣相不錯。在頂層見到一件香烤的鴨肝,鴨肝質地比較軟身帶著肝的香味,但當然不像鵝肝般的厚實香濃,但仍算不錯。鹹味鴨肉香滲入米飯粒中,再加上辣肉腸的油香,芝士和牛肝菌再提味道,整體的味道不錯,飯粒焗後更有焦香,但今次油份好似比較多了些。「澳門經典豬扒包伴薯角」豬仔包香脆,厚身豬扒肉質鬆軟,味道不錯,還有蔬菜及蕃茄很不錯。薯角新鮮炸起,香脆不油膩,伴隨還有茄汁和PP萄式辣醬。青檸梳打清新解喝。
