To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仲記得細細個嗰陣，屋企樓下就係冰室，差唔多每一日朝頭早就會同屋企人一齊喺冰室食早餐，跟住就快靚正咁食完去返學，好方便！🤩今日都專誠嚟到呢間皇室冰室去感受返細個嘅風味先😊餐廳環境依然保持香港獨有嘅冰室風味！簡約但係好乾淨同埋好衛生，呢個係有質素嘅冰室需要有嘅條件😉叫咗呢份皇室公司三文治配薯角，有四份大大件嘅三文治！而且擺盤相當有特色！有三層嘅麵包，有火腿有蛋有芝士有菜，口感非常豐富！基本上一啖擺晒落口嘅話會有種好豐富同埋好有層次感嘅味道🤩🤩薯哥真係比一般嘅薯條好食好多，呢度嘅薯角唔會好熱氣，而且全部都係好粗嘅薯條，食得好過癮🤩之後仲叫咗杯熱奶茶，細細個成日想飲奶茶，但係屋企人都唔俾飲，到大個啲嘅時候因為想扮大人支飲奶茶，到而家就明白原來大人飲奶茶係飲緊嗰種感覺🤩
