天氣開始轉涼了,打火鍋是最好的選擇。很久沒來鍋心了,喜歡它是粥底火鍋,配海鮮吃,特別清甜。今次去了佐敦分店,地點在吳松街,美食街集中地,在酒店隔離。加上朋友第一次來香港,順便帶她去廟街走一趁,見識下香港特式的夜生活。同平時的火鍋不同,有很多指引,恐怕顧客不懂烹調,真的非常細心。 海鮮的品種很多,選擇了鮑魚,大海蝦,肉蟹,多寶魚,花甲,黃金蜆等海鮮。當天特價海鮮,有蟶子皇,30元兩隻,超抵吃,沒有沙,我們叫了兩份。還有七款自選配料,最好吃是自家製手打雞骨丸,將雞軟骨打成細細粒,拌埋雞肉,好有咬口,真的只有鍋心才有得吃,別處未食過。黑毛豬梅頭肉,美國肥牛,花膠仔,響鈴卷,魚皮餃,王芽白。最後吃到尾聲,梗系輪到鮮味十足的粥出場,超滋味,白粥變了有味粥,但沒有味精的,妙絕。
