好少餐廳專食半肉,而且尼間主打黑羊肉,好特別。有細碗/大碗揀,細碗都已經好大份,正常食量既女仔都未必食得哂。自問大食既人,可以試下叫大碗挑戰。叫左羊肉細碗(忘記價錢),豬頸肉米線(細碗),自製豬手($25)。原本想叫雙拼牛羊,但冇哂牛腩。不過羊肉真係好好食,唔羶唔肥。個人平時幾乎唔食羊,但難得一遇好食既羊肉。湯底望落油,不過湯清甜,冇望落既咁油。而豬頸肉應該係冇特別醃製,仲保留豬肉味。份量都幾多下。雖然係細碗,但都食唔哂。米線軟硬適中,冇煮到過"林"既情況。自製豬手雖然好似唔似醃過,但出奇地外皮爽爽地,而且唔肥,骨膠原豐富。不過得2件唔夠喉。
