To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次行過嗰間我經常光顧嘅小店，忍唔住又入去嘆返啖。啱啱嗌咗碗雞蛋牛肉麵，食落嘅感覺就似返到小時候嘅味道。面條勁啲，彈牙得嚟又唔會太硬，啖啖肉香噴噴，串嘅足料。呢碗好似帶咗位雞仔返嚟給我嚟食；只係小小費事快快就整到，天然味道真係冇得頂！牛肉又嫩又多汁，湯頭鮮甜得嚟仲帶啲淡淡嘅胡椒香，飲兩啖簡直暖笠笠～叫埋個豉油雞，啲雞皮滑溜溜嘅，啖啖肉又腍又滑，仲有股陣陣豉油香，食完一啖唔夠，食完兩啖仲想食🤤。友情提示，除咗車仔麵外，佢哋啲甜品都好有驚喜，招牌芝士布甸就係其中一個，甜而不膩，質感滑溜，一試難忘。而家每次去，我都會叫一份，話唔定可以吃出新嘅口感。下次你去，記得試吓啊！😊🍜🍮
