香港有好多韓國餐廳,好多都係新正式嘅菜式,好似炸雞、部隊鍋、燒肉等等。但係正宗又傳統嘅韓國餐廳就真係賣少見少,而黎滿園就係香港碩果僅存嘅傳統韓國餐廳。黎滿園除左有傳統菜外,都會有比較新式嘅料理,唔洗驚食唔慣傳統菜。今次重有新嘅芝士拉絲雞放題仼食!韓國壽司。韓國壽司同一般日本壽司唔同,無搭配魚生,反而搭配新鮮青瓜等等,清新感覺可以中和到其他比較濃味料理。拉絲芝士紫菜蛋卷。我個人係非常鐘意係芝士同雞蛋,呢兩樣野配埋就一絕啦。一般人會覺得重口味,好彩入配左紫菜同青瓜,岩所有人口味。韓式拉絲芝士雞。呢樣就係黎滿園比較新式嘅菜,若果驚傳統菜唔岩口味,食呢個最啱啦。另外重叫咗雪濃湯。非常有詩意嘅名,其實係牛肉洋蔥粉絲牛骨湯。煲出黎嘅湯好似雪白咁靚。因為加左胡椒,飲落去除左有濃濃新鮮牛肉味外,仲有少少辛辣刺激感覺。最後,我地叫左凍蜂蜜柚子茶同凍蜂蜜生薑茶做飲品,兩樣都好清新,飲完好舒服。
