小火焰韓式咖啡廳 (金山樓) (大圍)大圍大圍道1-35號金山樓地下4號舖韓式甜辣年糕炸雞因為比起傳統的辣炒年糕,這種半煎炸的年糕更簡單快速,甜甜辣辣超好吃,軟Q帶勁。板燒烤肉combo(特選美國牛板腱&牛小排)牛板腱扒屬於肩胛部位,是附著係肩胛骨上的肉,肉味濃郁,肉質鮮嫩,中間位置較有咬口。特選級的牛肉雖然比極佳級缺少油花和嫩度,但只要你烹調得宜,特選級也很多汁嫩口。韓式煎餃子酥酥脆脆的外皮咬起來喀滋喀滋,外層煎的香酥但不至於太乾,裡頭的餡料飽滿多汁,泡菜的香辣、豬肉湯汁的香甜,非常好食的煎餃,忍唔住清台。韓風滷豬手韓國滷豬手係好出名,用嚟佐飯、小食都可以。滷得入味,又啖啖肉,骨膠原豐富。Bang Bang薯條份糧超多,大大條爽脆,芝士味濃,有嚼勁。
