三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、章魚及鮑片,畢竟是酒店級數,新鮮衛生有保證,掃一碟無難度。

蟹肉海鮮粥是廣東開花米粥底,很綿滑,尤其是蟹肉令粥底更鮮甜。

燒羊扒配薄荷Jelly就似乎過熟,咬落有點韌,但幸好臊味不重,一般人都易於接受。

燒西冷扒

切了一片,略微過熟,如果再生一點更啱心意,有嚼口,而且肉味不俗。





每次到訪,都會忍不住花點胃納來喝湯,在猴頭菇粟米煲唐排及南瓜湯中選了中湯,夠火喉及鮮甜,很有家常湯的感覺。

而且仲有豆奶奶凍、藍莓奶凍、檸檬撻、朱古力布朗尼慕絲、葡撻、Tiramisu、 美式芝士餅及芒果拿破崙,雖然已經好飽,點都要食返杯奶凍及拿破崙。



飲品

除了果汁、即沖咖啡及茶包外,在大堂一角,近壽司吧位,有德國啤酒任飲,又夠冰凍,實在是太好啦!
