🔮砂鍋胡椒猪肚雞湯米線 (加$10有糖心蛋1隻)雞湯米線原煲沙鍋上,上菜時仲係熱辣辣的,眼看已覺雞湯底濃郁,呈深奶黃色,先盛一小碗,試試味道!Wow!嘴刁的太后也稱讚,雞味清甜而濃郁,且有金華火腿提味!微辣胡椒,飲完更加暖心;細問一下,原來那個非比尋常的湯底,是用了五十斤的雞殼,鮮雞肉,猪骨等(當然還有其他秘料)每天早上熬幾個鐘,然後慢煮保暖.上菜時要加熱!雞件肉滑,猪肚軟腍,而且份量很多,足夠我和太后兩個食呀! 🔮人參雞湯翅 沒想過小店也會有真魚翅食, 而且價錢都係$45 真係好抵!唔想食麵嘅朋友,其實真係可以只order這個湯!零味精,啖啖翅,全是雞湯的鮮味,真心覺得好味又好補身呀! 秘製醉雞汁清甜香醇,花雕酒香濃再加上以桂花糖來調味,入口有二香,桂花香和酒香,甜度又中和了酒的苦澀味,太后更以小匙羹飲咗幾啖呀!🔮醉三鮮 花螺 + 蝦 + 鮑魚🔮醉三寶 牛舌 + 猪肚 + 薰蹄 想試多幾款不同類別的小食,所以就點咗以上兩個拼盤; 海鮮類醃得非常全味, 花螺,鮑魚雖厚身,但依然十分入味,食蝦頭時,還有醉蝦膏味,正!牛舌、薰蹄,前者軟腍入味

🔮麻辣醉猪手
太后整猪手一向好拿手,特登點呢味俾佢食.入口絕對有驚喜,猪手極之彈牙,而且爽脆,很久沒有食過這麼脆口的猪手,還腌得相當入味,連骨頭都味道十足,店員說猪手以冰鎮形式泡過夜,所以猪手才如此爽口彈牙,加上自家製的麻辣醬
,更是惹味! 太后都話會翻兜呀!
更要稱讚店員都好friendly又有禮, 味道好,服務佳,價錢仲咁經濟,難怪朋友舉腳推介啦!
