To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

12月頭跟孖妹好友補祝生辰!兩位也是懂養生之人生日飯就找來滋補又美顏的美饌來品嚐。說到又靚又好味還十分講究的中菜我便會想起帝京酒店的獅房菜,這天來到酒店大堂看見超大隻熊貓造型的泰迪熊迎賓當然要打個靚卡先。上一趟品嚐了江師傅的宮‧養生篇滿滿驚喜!這次再來要嚐宮系列新出的合時冬季滋補篇,加入清代八珍與滿漢全席的四珍,以多樣化的滋補食材入饌真教我非常期待。嗜酒的我選上美酒配襯宮宴徒添美意,Roland Champion Cuvee d’Aramis, NV!這款香檳帶著細膩的酸度口感舒爽,果味濃郁作為頭盤的配酒恰如其分。醋香刺參.鵝肝多士.松露金酥!三款賣相精緻的前菜各具特色,就讓我為大家解開箇中美味。醋香刺參絕對是爽口開胃的前菜!海參烹得非常入味還加入秘製黑醋醬汁,吃下去口感爽滑味道酸香細膩,墊底的炸京蔥為菜式增添上不少口感和香氣。鵝肝多士則用上豬肉鬆、雞蓉、雞髀菇及鵝肝醬等調配成自家秘製餡料,塗於麵包面後炸至金黃吃下非常香脆可口,而且味道層次感十足真的要慢慢細味當中的火花。松露金酥同樣炸得酥脆香口!內藏有黑毛豬、瑤柱、蝦米及黑松露醬等餡料,一口吃下去香氣四射嘴巴表示非常滿足。燕窩雪蛤.人
