To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燕窩嘅功效相信唔少人都知，男女都啱食，對於女士更加係滋補養顏恩物。觀塘隱世燕窩燉品甜品- 啖啖燕窩。一上到去大堂寬敞仲有seating, 外賣堂食悉隨都得，除咗燕窩，另外仲有多款燉湯，糖水，港式小食，奶凍等等。款款都好吸引。最啱買畀你靚靚嘅女朋友同屋企人滋潤補身。椰香雪燕奶凍 ($68)獨立玻璃樽包裝，奶凍沉底，食之前記得一匙羹篤到落底再一齊食，奶香同椰香係好夾，椰香味濃甜度適中。3.6牛奶木瓜雪燕奶凍($68)木瓜喺奶凍嘅襯託之下，入口香滑，牛乳奶香味同木瓜雪耳奶凍毫無違和感，一杯一人份量啱啱好。茉莉花凍椰青雪燕飲 ($58)呢個好岩而家熱辣辣嘅夏天飲，清甜消暑，佢另外仲有十二種口味揀，椰肉清甜，無糖無防腐劑，茉莉花香唔會蓋過椰青雪燕香味，好味喔。蒜香金蠔 ($88)金蠔飽滿肉厚肥美，隻隻金蠔都好大加埋蒜蓉汁，真係好惹味。蒜辣雞翼尖 ($48)份量夠多，我同朋友2個人食岩岩好夠，雞翼尖煮啱啱好唔會煮到爛晒，蒜蓉味好出色，食得辣嘅朋友，千祈唔好錯過。特濃3.6牛乳奶凍($18)特濃3.6牛乳奶凍入口即溶，口感滑溜，奶味香濃，好啱小朋友食。
