今天經過大埔大光里,見「亞婆豆腐花」門前堆滿人,之前都聽過「亞婆豆腐花」這名字,終於有幸一試,雖然人多,但也不用等太耐。豆腐花經常食,但咁滑的豆腐花真是第一次食,難怪經常大排長龍。在微冷的天氣下,食碗暖暖的豆腐花,再加些小黃糖,已經很滿足,真是人生一大享受。豆腐花雖然滑,但不會成碗散晒碎濕濕,仍能保持一舊舊,可見石膏粉的份量配合得天衣無縫。店舖的腐乳也是有名的,下次一定要再來買。希望美味的豆腐花不會失傳,店主能夠繼續用心地製作。
