To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次要去上環都做嘢,經過呢一間茶餐廳總會見到長長嘅人龍,之前食過一次佢哋嘅常餐,覺得佢哋嘅叉燒其實都幾好食,然之後同事就推介食佢嘅滑蛋飯,為咗試吓同事嘅口味同我同唔同,我決定今次外賣就是佢哋嘅滑蛋飯叉燒蝦仁雙拼日本滑蛋飯以上環呢個地方來講,六十零蚊一個飯都係基本,佢哋嘅蝦仁炒得爽口彈牙,叉燒亦都唔會太過柴口調味亦都啱啱好,佢哋嘅滑蛋真係炒我非你滑身,加埋蝦仁同叉燒口感都幾豐富,用嚟送飯真係一流。估唔到佢杯愛爾蘭咖啡係有少少酒味,好彩我一早俾咗同事飲,唔係我可能都會wing足一日

以上環呢個地方來講,六十零蚊一個飯都係基本,佢哋嘅蝦仁炒得爽口彈牙,叉燒亦都唔會太過柴口調味亦都啱啱好,佢哋嘅滑蛋真係炒我非你滑身,加埋蝦仁同叉燒口感都幾豐富,用嚟送飯真係一流。估唔到佢杯愛爾蘭咖啡係有少少酒味,好彩我一早俾咗同事飲,唔係我可能都會wing足一日
