To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時行到上環都見到呢間餐廳好多人,而且排曬長龍, 見到都唔想入去。但係最近可能疫情關係,就無左條龍,即管入去試下。午餐有多款選擇,呢度出名忌廉豬骨湯底意粉, 所以揀咗A餐嘅自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉,呢個仲有配滑蛋同鮮牛油多士,仲有一杯餐茶4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋配鮮牛油多士牛奶炒滑蛋當然好香,日本雞蛋蛋味香濃又好滑,牛油多士都幾好味,多士係厚身的。叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉湯底都幾惹味,叉燒屬普通的,唔多吸引,普普通通
