To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. XO仔對「牛奶冰室」依個名唔算好陌生，起碼一響朵腦海中迅即會浮現出其黑白母牛個嘜頭，只係一直未試過。週末突然收到蕃薯Uncle來電，告知連鎖店於跑馬地新設之分店剛剛開幕，並誠邀小肥兩兄弟一齊去嘆下午茶，嘻嘻，兩隻為食貓呆在家中當然係立即答允啦！店子門面光鮮，正門前方企滿等外賣嘅客人。窗邊條人龍先係等緊堂食嘅。由於翻枱夠快，三口子排咗十五分左右就已經有位。店舖前方為收銀部及外賣部，陳列架上及雪櫃內可見多款包點。內側嘅用餐大堂光猛開揚，二至四人散座均以抗疫膠板隔開，空間感都好足。餐具收藏於餐桌嘅拉櫃內，慳位又衛生。自助落單流程簡易快捷，不用跟服務生對話可倍添安心。細佬於輪侯時早已參閱過附帶彩圖嘅過膠餐牌，諗定好要見識一吓咩叫「皇牌西多士」，目標明確。黑糖漿雪糕西多士（$44）：如相所示，西多士色澤金黃，可惜一啲油水都冇，而且唔得鬆身，內外都係咁乾噌噌。雖則伴配嘅雲尼拿雪糕可為西多添上濕潤，無奈雪糕毫不軟滑，食落質感仲係好粗嚡，加上量少味淡嘅黑糖漿缺乏香甜，真係唔明點做皇牌喎！跟餐點咗杯熱奶茶，不過所謂「濃D」都唔係好夠味。蕃薯Uncle因深深被桌上嘅「芝你最愛」靚相吸引，所以就點咗個「爆漿

，最正反而係個超級軟滑嘅牛乳炒滑蛋
，估計廚房應該仍未上手，希望遲啲會有所進步。
